Rachel’s career began as a care assistant before progressing to become a Registered Nurse in 1997. Working in many NHS organisations, including Mid-Cheshire Foundation Hospital, Mid-Staffordshire Foundation Hospital, and Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospital, Rachel went on to become Managing Director and Registered Manager of a charitable hospital in Cheshire.
Rachel’s passion for clinical quality and safety has seen her transform clinical establishments from underperforming to successful in delivering high-quality, patient-focused care. Her broad nursing knowledge and skill set, alongside her operational experience, ranges from orthopaedic care through to care of the older person, and she has a special interest in caring for those living with dementia.
Rachel is extremely passionate about those she cares for. She is a dedicated nurse who has an excellent track record for delivering excellent care and is truly committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those she cares for.
With over 12 years’ experience in the professional services sector, Dean has specific expertise in employment law, health and safety, and supporting SME businesses.
Throughout his career Dean has supported numerous home care providers and has experience in creating and sustaining a range of services that ensure all service users, staff and stakeholders are protected.
Having worked within the banking sector for 15 years, Laura started her career as a cashier and progressed through the ranks, serving in various roles, including being a personal banker, branch manager and operational manager.
Laura loves working with people and providing the best possible client experience, whether through her own communication with clients, or through providing excellent training and support to her colleagues to allow them to provide outstanding client-focused services.
Within Laura’s previous roles she has provided support and guidance to a range of clients who have experienced some form of financial, health, or wellbeing vulnerability. She is dedicated to safeguarding clients, ensuring they are protected, and are receiving the best advice to mitigate any risks.
Laura is an avid volunteer and fundraiser and has made a difference within her local community by raising thousands of pounds for numerous charities.
